Dear teacher Margarita Bustillos,
Good morning Margarita, I hope you have a good week. I am writing to inform you Healthy eating.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, eating healthy food
remains an important part of maintaining your health. While there are no
specific foods that can help protect you from the virus, a nutritious diet can
boost your immune system or help you fight off symptoms. You may not be able to
share meals with friends and loved ones, but there are lots of other ways to
eat well and support your health at this difficult time.
A better approach is to make a few small changes at a time. Keeping your goals modest can help you achieve more in the long term without feeling deprived or overwhelmed by a major diet overhaul. Think of planning a healthy diet as a number of small, manageable steps—like adding a salad to your diet once a day. As your small changes become habit, you can continue to add more healthy choices.
Nutrition is important to everyone. Combined with physical activity and a healthy weight, good nutrition is a great way to help your body stay strong and healthy. If you have a history of breast cancer or are undergoing treatment, good nutrition is especially important to you. What you eat can influence your immune system, your mood, and your energy level.
You should also eat a wide range of foods to make sure you're getting a balanced diet and your body is receiving all the nutrients it needs.
It's recommended that men have around 2,500 calories a day
(10,500 kilojoules). Women should have around 2,000 calories a day (8,400
kilojoules).
Here are some tips for healthy eating
1. Base your meals on higher fibre starchy carbohydrates
2. Eat lots of fruit and veg
3. Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish
4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar
5. Eat less salt: no more than 6g a day for adults
6. Get active and be a healthy weight
7. Do not get thirsty
8. Do not skip breakfast

Dear Miss Laura Bustamante
I hope you are having a good week.
I am writing to inform you of
some tips to maintain a good diet during this pandemic
Maintaining a good diet during this isolation is very important for our health, here are some data. We have been living in this health situation for more than nine months, so good nutrition should have been maintained,
In this pandemic, we should not have ingested exaggerated portions of sugars and carbohydrates. We could not have known about this confinement, so stress and anxiety force us to eat more than normal, so we should have maintained a balanced diet without eliminating or forcing meal times.
If you need other advice let me know, until then I wish you the best.
Best regards.

Healthy eating
Hello Laura, I am writing to tell you what my diet has been during this time
My sister and I used to make beans with meat and salad, sometimes with my mother we only made salads or soup, she also ate fruits, she avoided eating things high in fat or sugar, starchy foods, including bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes. However, eating a balanced and healthy diet is still essential for good health and normal immune function. Therefore, following the dietary guidelines of your country is still the recommended way to meet nutritional needs and stay healthy during isolation. Here we are going to talk about the principles of healthy diet during quarantine.
Eat every day a combination of whole grains such as wheat, corn or rice, legumes such as lentils or beans (beans), plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, and some food of animal origin, for example meat, fish, eggs or milk. For a snack between meals, eat raw vegetables, fresh fruit, or unsalted nuts. Fruits and vegetables are one of the most important foods for the supply of vitamins, minerals and fibers necessary for good health and normal immune function of our body.
